SHIPMENT & RETURNS INFORMATION

ORDER CUT OFF TIME

When choosing Express Delivery, we will dispatch orders received by 12pm on the same day using Express Delivery to be delivered the next day, orders received after the cut off time may be dispatched on the next business day.

Please note we do not offer Saturday Delivery, Orders placed after Thursday 12pm will be dispatched on Friday for Monday Delivery.

There is no minimum order requirement on our site for shipping to any region.
Orders are delivered by UPS or Royal Mail.

Arrangements ship in N16, N15, E5, NW11, NW4 postcodes only.

The shipping rate is £6/£10


SHIPPING NOTES

Not all products are eligible for all shipping options. Check your shopping cart for availability of non-U.K. standard shipping methods for your selected items.

Please note that additional custom charges may apply, depending on the destination country’s regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with these. The Wine Cellar will not be responsible for such additional charges or be involved with custom procedures.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES                                                                                                                   

If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us immediately.You can exchange or return unopened bottles within 7 days from purchasing. The bottles must arrive at our London shop with a copy of the invoice. If we suspect the bottle was tampered with (exposed to heat, label damaged, etc) we may refuse the return.

Please note that the shipping cost will not be refunded.
