The wine is full bodied with aromas and flavors of black forest fruits, ripe black cherries, cocoa, and herbs. The grapes were sourced from one unique vineyard in the Kadita Plateau, 790 meters high in the Upper Galilee. The wine was aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. The wine is Kosher Mehadrin, and can be served all year around including Passover.
